First, the beneficiary was very difficult because he had no infrastructure and the lack of knowledge led him to give away (practically) his coffee to intermediaries.
The issue of quality and certification has come to significantly improve the quality of his coffee and the good management that he now gives to his farm has allowed him to improve his quality of life.
The name of the farm comes from his name since he and his son are called Fernando.
