It is located in the municipality of Polo, in the province of Barahona. This municipality is located in the center of the Sierra de Bahoruco, about 1,000 meters above sea level and is located at a distance of 20 km from the municipality of Cabral and 35 km from the city of Barahona. Its climate is considered one of the best in the country. Its varied vegetation has given the landscapes a nuance full of color, maintaining a permanent moisture field. Its soil is fertile and ideal for growing coffee.
The time of harvest is from October to December and coincides with the peak of the harvest in full drought, which allows to collect the well ripe beans. They seek for the balance of the plant, enhancing the quality of the coffee.
