The Roast Masters is a blend made for the Milan Coffee Festival.
Produced in limited edition, it is a skillful blending of three specialty coffees, two from micro plantations of Honduras and one from Colombia. These are three coffees obtained with three different processes: Natural, Honey and Washed.
The two Honduran specialties were selected directly by Alessandro Borea and arrive from the western area of Las Capucas, near the Celaque National Park, a rainforest that is home to the highest peak in the country. The Natural comes from the San Ferdinando plantation of Noe Portillo, while the Honey from the plantation of Francisco Villeda “Panchito” which is part of the Umami Area Honduras project.
From Colombia comes the Washed, and in particular from the plantation La Esperanza by Herson Bernal.
All three specialties are also sold individually for espresso roasting
